Job description, responsibilities and duties
HR Help Desk Agent is answering questions and queries from Accenture employees concerning HR topics. Curently we are searching for HR Help Desk Agent who will communicate with employees mainly in German since he/she will be responsible for communication with Accenture employees in German speaking countries - Germany, Austria and Switzerland. All the communication is done through emails and phone.
- Answering questions and queries from Accenture employees
- Following all the issues acordingly until they are solved
- Communication with employees over email and phone
- Continious training concerning HR laws and norms in German speaking countries
- Reporting
