Job description, responsibilities and duties

SCOPE:

Cover the following items for a defined geography (preferrably North America, but could also be SPAI/LATAM or ASG depending on language skills):
 
  • open receivables (coordinate receivables team)
  • Contract and WBS management for SW license and maintenance contracts:
    • Internal communication, coordination of different teams within the company (e.g. CFM teams, billing teams,  …)
    • interaction with partner and customer to clarify contract details if necessary
    • handling/escalation of contract-related customer requests
    • request WBSses, invoices and credit notes, contract fulffillment, filing, creating offers
  • data maintenance in the CRM system (salesforce.com)
  • Potentially sales support
  • Reporting

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Education in Business administration / the kind of education, a CFM person would have – P3
  • Languages: English and Spanish (very good, spoken and written)  - P3
  • Office skills (MS office, Excel, Outlook) and SAP (FI) User Skills – P3
  • Needs to be familiar with Accenture’s SAP FI setup (WBS, profit center, etc.) – P2 / P3
  • Telephone/ communication skills, because talking to clients on the phone or communicating with them via Mail is required
  • Work independently with high diligence
  • If possible: Background in Sales Back Office – P2
  • Mobility: none.
