Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsibility for the general accounting to ensure that the related SLA’/KPIs are achieved
- Reconciling of the balances for responsible countries
- Preparation of VAT, clearing of items and monitoring of due date of tax liability
- Responsibility for payroll booking for each country
- Booking of legacy bank statements
- Maintain the check log and check stock
- Control of security deposits
- Responsibility for outgoing invoices – creation, booing and control of due date
- Solving of bank open items from monthly UGR report
- Solving of daily queries
- To be a fully qualify back up

- Advanced knowledge of Spanish (written and spoken)

- Flexibility
- Written and spoken ability to communicate in English and Spanish, other language is advantage
