Job description, responsibilities and duties
Order to Cash Agent is specialized for contact with customers who didn't pay their invoices on time. Order to Cash Agent is in phone/email contact with people from German speaking countries so the person speaks every day in German and within the company he/she communicates in English.
- Monitoring of balance of payments
- Daily contact over phone with customers
- Negotation with the customers who are in debt and solution proposals to them
- Daily communication over the phone and email in German language
- Communication in English within Accenture company - primary via emails
- Reporting and analysis - primary tool is Microsoft Excel
