Job description, responsibilities and duties
Junior Cash Collection's Clerk is specialized for contact with customers who didn't pay their invoices on time. Cash Collection's Specialist is in contact with people from German speaking countries so the person speaks every day in German and within the company he/she communicates in English. WE OFFER THIS POSITION FOR 6 or 7 or 8 HOURS PER DAY based on your preference.
- Monitoring of balance of payments
- Daily contact over phone with customers
- Negotation with the customers who are in debt and solution proposals to them
- Daily communication over the phone and email in German language
- Communication in English within Accenture company - primary via emails
- Reporting and analysis - primary tool is Microsoft Excel
