Job description, responsibilities and duties
Vendor management clerk is in daily touch with German speaking repair centres handling their questions and queries. Communication with repair centres is in German, communication in the team and within the company is maintained in English.
- Receive day to day queries from service centers regarding day to day repair operations.
- Proceed with the request based on the given instructions
- Will work to ensure that request coming from services are resolve as per defined instuctions and deadline
- Will escalate if any issue, delay, trend, problem is detected on the day to day operations.
