Overall Purpose of the Job
To process (translate and data entry) individual case safety reports (ICSR) according to the client relevant global procedure on case intake processes. Also performs quality review as and when needed as per the business requirement.
Responsibilities/Authorities:
*Daily communication with customers on the phone
*Translation of data from Spanish to English
*Data entry of translated information into company systems
*Research on internet for more information on the given topic in both languages
*Meeting given deadlines in work
*Reporting in Excel
