Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job summary
This position is responsible for direct and indirect contact with the customers of the client and aims to provide superior service in terms of fulfilling transactional activities and optimizing information resolution within the assigned process.
Furthermore, Payroll Administrators may be requested to be involved in cross-training for other processes or client, off-cycle transactional activities or continuous improvement projects.

Expected start date: 1.10.2015
Responsibilities include:
• Execute the process accurately and timely
• Work strictly to agreed upon processes, ensure the process documents are followed
• Update/create process documentation as required
• Process inbound and outbound emails to customers
• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Participate in knowledge transfer as required
• Be involved in performing internal controls for quality assurance
• Support and sustain positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior
• Actively participate in the identification of opportunities for process improvements
• Complete continuous improvement projects and additional tasks as assigned
• Perform ad hoc tasks when necessary

Role Accountability:
• Accountable for the quality and delivery of their own work
• Cooperate with team members and team leads and ensure good working relationships
• Adhere to processes and policies approved by Accenture and client

Operational tasks
Deliver a service to the client in an effective manner
Always adhere to contractual service levels across the client base
Demonstrate excellent problem solving ability, escalates to expert or supervisor when necessar
Perform ad-hoc tasks as necessary
Identifiy improvement activities for assigned team
Exhibit flexible approach and actively look for ways to grow skills and experience within the team

Qualifications:
Education: High School level acceptable
Language: Fluency in English and full work proficiency in Hungarian
