Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position is responsible for direct and indirect contact with the customers of the client and aims to provide superior service in terms of fulfilling transactional activities and optimizing information resolution (payroll, recruitment, contracts, personnel administration, etc.). Furthermore, HR Administrators may be requested to be involved in cross-training for other processes or client, off-cycle transactional activities or continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities include:
- Perform data look up as well as data entry in various HR administration systems  
- Create official HR documents
- Work strictly to agreed upon processes
- Process outbound emails and possibly phone calls with customers
- Actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
- Actively participate in the identification of opportunities for process improvements
- Be involved in performing internal controls for quality assurance
- Support and sustain positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior
- Complete continuous improvement projects and additional tasks as assigned 
- Perform ad hoc tasks when necessary

Role Accountability:
- Accountable for the quality and delivery of their own work
- Cooperate with team members and team leads and ensure good working relationships
- Adhering to processes and policies approved by Accenture and client

Qualifications:
Education: High School level acceptable
Language: Fluency in English and Polish
Work Experience: No specific work experience required, see skill requirements

- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-Motivated, positive attitude and good working spirit
- Ability to analyze and solve process-related challenges and issues
- Proactive, taking initiative and actively think about improvements 
- Ability to learn and use efficiently different computer systems 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
