Job description, responsibilities and duties
The data team is responsible for data integration, data management and error handling of the current deployed countries on the solution. As a data consultant you’ll be responsible for:
- Monitor the data quality in the solution and communicate the results to the business teams
- Continuously enhance the data quality tools and solutions
- XPend SME to support offshore in complex data related incidents
- Contribute to the Xpend knowledge base
- Interact with the source systems to rectify technical data integration issues.
- Closely interact with Offshore team to generate the data quality reports and to enhance the data quality monitoring tools
- You will report into the Service Manager
