Job description, responsibilities and duties

HR Team Lead leads the team, supervises the team’s actions and provides support in HR operations. To the responsibilities belong the coordination and leadership of HR team within HR outsourcing - motivation and development of the team, daily coordination of the team. Important part is also liasing with the client and always improving the quality of service provided.
What would be your daily tasks?

Management and development of the team
Communication with client on daily basis
HR operations – supervising team work and actively participating on complicated issues
Responsibility that the highest level service delivered to client while keeping conditions of contracts
Participation in additional critical tasks for the unit

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Excellent communication skills
Experience and knowledge of HR processes (preferably with international client, SSC experience would be a plus)
Proficient knowledge of English (C1) and Ukrainian (C2) – both written and spoken
Experience with people management
Very good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
University education in HR or related field – advantage
