Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Monitor the data quality in the solution and communicate the results to the business teams
  • Continuously enhance the data quality tools and solutions
  • XPend SME to support offshore in complex data related incidents
  • Contribute to the Xpend knowledge base
  • Interact with the source systems to rectify technical data integration issues
  • Closely interact with Offshore team to generate the data quality reports and to enhance the data quality monitoring tools
  • You will report into the Service Manager
