For the initial 12 months the candidate will be located in Germany at client’s base, afterwards the operations will be shifted back to Prague.

Key Responsibilities
The Inventory Planner will be in a daily contact with the client and his main responsibility will be the inventory management of assigned spare parts and its optimal stock level.
  • Daily contact with client and assigned vendors in German language
  • Managing inventory of spare parts, procuring spare parts from different sources.
  • Keep targets on inventory level, parts availability and scrap.
  • Updating system with new information with regards to prices, delivery information, vendors, chains, repair etc.

Personality requirements and skills

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge of German language (both written and spoken) - (C1 level is minimum required)
  • Communicative level of English language (B1 is required as minimum)
  • At least theoretical knowledge of supply chain and inventory planning processes (academic knowledge is sufficient)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Analytic thinking and good problem solving skills
  • Proactive attitude
