- Do you speak fluent German and English?
- Would you like to be in a daily contact with clients/suppliers/customers?
- Are you eager to gain new experience in the international environment within Customer Service and Warranty processes?
* As a Junior Warranty Claims Specialist you will be responsible for a daily contact with our client customers and suppliers via phone or email.
* You will be in charge of verification and analysis of warranty claims based on available internal resources (catalogs, sales information etc.).
* Solving issues, running queries and documentation is also part of the support process.
