Accenture is looking for additions to our team of enthusiasts that like delivering the best practices and learning from the best!
The Management of Master Data includes receiving requests from our client or directly from our client’s customers for customer master data amendments. Some of your daily duties would be setting up customers for e-invoicing & solving various requests from customers. Close cooperation with other internal departments will be frequent, such as our contract management and supplies teams.
You would also provide language support to our outsourcing team – contact customers to clarify cash allocation issues or request refund details for double payment.
