Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Sourcing Execution Analyst for the Logistics practice will have experience of working in an indirect procurement environment, ideally in the manufacturing, retail or logistics sectors. You will be responsible to provide and support the management of sourcing projects, execute a seamless and integrated sourcing process that delivers upon key client requirements. In this capacity, you will be based in the Prague office and will collaborate with team members and Fortune 500 stakeholders across the EMEA region to drive significant value.

• Develop deep category-specific knowledge to continuously deliver added value to clients and advance career opportunities
• Gain exposure to senior level client stakeholders and build a network of professionals within and outside of the company
• Work collaboratively with Sourcing Leaders and Category Management teams to expand understanding of end-to-end program management and delivery
The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be:
  • General Sourcing Project & Category Management Support
  - Supporting project leads in the delivery of client strategic sourcing projects
  - Supporting category leads in the delivery of category plans
 • Supplier Management and Client Liaison
 - Preparation of presentations to communicate updates/results to clients
 - Interaction with client stakeholders via phone/e-mail and participation in client calls, workshops and presentations
 - Manage supplier pool in any RFP event throughout the project lifecycle, e.g. supplier selection, NDA, RFI, RFP, Negotiation meetings and Implementation / Contracting process

• Support in Management of Sourcing Project
 - Supporting project management by updating tasks in Radix

- Development of RFP materials including bid sheets, RFP narrative and client business requirements
- Building events on e-RFX platforms such as TiContract, Ariba or BravoSolution

 • Analytics
- Production of baseline cost analysis
- Qualitative and Quantitative assessment of supplier bids
- Bid assessment demonstrating cost position versus project baseline

Personality requirements and skills

Skills, qualifications and competencies:
• A degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably business, finance, economics, engineering, Logistics or mathematics
• Experience in Procurement
• Experience working within a logistics/manufacturing/industrial environment
• Good communication and organization/time management skills
• Proficient with the use of MS Office software: Word, Excel, Power Point
• Past experience with eRFX platforms (e.g. Ariba, BravoSolution)
• Ability to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our clients
• A second business language
