Order to Cash Agent is specialized for contact with customers who didn't pay their invoices on time. Order to Cash Agent is in phone/email contact with people from German speaking countries - he/she speaks every day in German and within the company he/she communicates in English.
The Order to Cash Analyst will be responsible for processing accounts receivable transactions mainly cash collections activities (direct and indirect) and deal with customer queries.

- Monitor Existing Customer & Portfolio Credit Risk
