Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Cyber Security Operations Lead will be part of Infrastructure Security group in Global Security team located in Prague.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Security Operations team which delivers Cyber Defense services to Accenture’s global clients
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the areas of SIEM and Security Analytics
• Provide expert support and coaching to the analysts in the Cyber Security Operations
• Oversee and support the build of a new client projects which focus on Cyber Defense
• Collaborate with Accenture’s external vendors to support Cyber Security Operations and the development of new Cyber Security Offerings
• Communicate directly with Accenture clients and handle escalations
• Serve as a mentor and role model. Maintain the highest standards of a professional conduct
• Limited travel is possible although this is not specifically a mobile role

Required Skills: • At least 7 years of professional experience in IT, of which at least 2 years of experience in / with Cyber Security Operations
• Professional experience with enterprise-level Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools like HP ArcSight, IBM QRadar, Splunk, etc.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with administration of Windows Server or Unix / Linux server operating systems
• Advanced knowledge of networking and IT Security principles, techniques and methodologies
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive projects forward
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Very strong presentation skills and ability to contribute in client meetings
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and resources
• High proficiency in written and spoken English
• At least bachelor degree in Information Technology at a University
• At least 1 certification recognized in the IT Security industry
