Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Customer Relationship Management Associate will be responsible for relationships and interactions with customers.

As a CRM Agent GEM you should
• Provide a top-quality service in all customer interactions.
• Respond to and resolve customer queries related to vendor invoices to ensure a resolution is reached in a timely manner
• Follow up customer calls and check resolution where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction with the response.
• Track and document all customer contacts through Siebel ensuring handoff to process teams is correctly managed
• Proactively assist CRM analyst in monitoring and management of operation, including call and email flows, service request queues and raising any future potential issues
• Maintain the appropriate level of knowledge relating to CRM processes and supporting applications, including SAP and Siebel.
• Participate in regular team discussions and process improvement initiatives
• Escalate problematic requests to the CRM analyst in a timely manner

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

The ideal candidate will
•  be able to proficiently communicate in Polish(C1/native) and English (B2)
• have Customer Service experience
• Financial processing/accounting experience would be an advantage
• SAP and Siebel knowledge preferred
• be able to prioritize and organize own work effort under pressure
• have very good communication skills.
• have research and problem resolution skills
• have basic knowledge of Office package (MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point)
