HR Specialist with knowledge of the Labour Code

• The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches and procedures to improve business processes and productivity;
• Support the management with the labor-legal issues regarding but not limited to continuous / shift operation;
• Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring procedures are properly followed and paper work completed and filed, keeping communication lines open between managers and their employees.
• Assist employees in answering any pertinent questions regarding policies and procedures.
• Create and processing of regulations and policies, updating Employee Handbook ensuring content accuracy
• Establish internal procedures and workflows for New Hires, terminations, disciplinary procedures, etc.
• Conduct audits to ensure that employee files have all necessary documents for compliance purposes.
