Since our business is growing, we have decided to open a new, challenging role of RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR who would be responsible for managing our recruitment activities within Czech Republic (currently for our 3 locations - Ostrava, Prague and Ústí nad Labem).

The key responsibility of successful candidate will be to suggest new ways of hiring, to support Ostrava team in their recruitment needs, to advise and support local recruiters in Prague and Ústí nad Labem.

The successful candidate will have an unique opportunity to use his own creativity in finding new ways of recruitment from employment branding, marketing and researching our target groups of candidates to improving the whole process and set up new quality standards of hiring.

Your main responsibilities would be:
- Takeover of the recruitment process ownership
- Responsibility for the entire selection process (advertising, prescreening, assessment center, face to face interviews, job offers)
- Communication with management concerning their recruitment needs
- Results reporting and tight cooperation with recruiters and HR business partners including the quality recruitment measurement
- Constant search for new ways of attracting candidates for open positions
- Personal marketing and employer branding activities

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Economics or other relevant discipline
- Experience in Recruitment (min. 5 years) - specialist experience either in personnel agency (ideally executive search company) or corporate environment (preferably FMCG area)
- Solid knowledge of talent acquisition/recruitment tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, pro-active and self-driven personality
- Focus on delivery and ability to manage demanding stakeholders
- Proficiency in Czech and English is essential
- Immediate start
