Job description, responsibilities and duties

Role: Healthcare Research Relationship Specialist is a process management position, supporting the successful enrollment of clinical research trials.

The Relationship Specialist is responsible for supporting Client´s approach to patient recruitment tracking by performing various daily and weekly processes for assigned projects and/or geographical regions, utilizing Client´s proprietary software to update patient status, and providing timely feedback on site performance.

Main Tasks:
* Customer Service over the phone on issues related to Health Care and Pharmaceutical research
* Prompt solving of issues over the phone or by e-mail in Hungarian and in English
* Coordinate pharmaceutical research activities with both medical institutions and researchers
* Build and maintain good working relationship with all involved parties
* As a part of the team ensure smooth information flow, keep positive mindset and open communication
