For our newly opened Customer Service Center in Prague we are looking for a new colleague to fill the role of Recruitment Specialist.
Your main responsibilities would be:
- Take ownership of the recruitment projects (with main focus on Russian speakers)
- Responsibility for the entire selection process (advertising, prescreening, assessment centre, face to face interviews, job offers)
- Constantly seek for new ways of attracting candidates for open positions
- Personal marketing and employer branding activities
