Job description, responsibilities and duties
- processing descriptions according to the requirements of our client onsite, incl. a detailed design of the process
- identifying potential problems and weaknesses in business processes
- analyzing data in collaboration with technical consultants
- designing solutions to improve the overall effectiveness of the client’s business and related modifications within these processes
- providing pilot solutions and testing (in collaboration with IT and technical consultants)
- creating and presenting the new process to the client
