WHAT YOUR FIRST PROJECT MIGHT LOOK LIKE?
1. Imagine a big Russian bank experiencing serious problems with unpaid loans. Your task is simple: suggest solutions. Don't worry, you will be accompanied by a senior colleague :)
2. First you need to discover how key business processes work; a couple of interviews need to be carried out.
3. Gathering and analyzing huge amounts of data will help you to understand where the bad loans are concentrated.
4. The logical combination of (2) and (3) will help you identify the major process gaps. You can then suggest a solution for fixing them.
5. The final step is a piece of cake – you present your solution to the client in English. And then, you're done! You'll love it ;)
