Job description, responsibilities and duties
New leader of retail banking marketing competency needed!
Do you want to build your own consulting team from scratch? You are the right person we need!
Your objectives?
● 1st year: deliver 2-3 marketing projects in total value of 200.000 EUR. Participation in pre-sales will be necessary.
● 2nd year: start selling projects on your own. Your annual sales target: 300.000 EUR. Hire 2-3 junior Marketing Consultants to help you deliver the projects.
● In 3-4years? Grow in both sales and team members. Become our new Partner. Your bonus will be tied to overall P&L of your competence center.
Projects to be delivered within the 1st year
There are projects we already have in our sales pipeline. Help to close the deals and deliver it.
● Behavioral client segmentation. Czech bank needs to shift focus from products to clients. Analyze their data, study client’s life-cycle, define basic segments and explain their behavioral patterns.
● Sales network efficiency. Serbian bank needs to improve branch sales efficiency. Do you know how? Conduct mystery shopping, understand the sales processes, analyze data and suggest improvements.
● Expansion of SME segment in CEE. Vienna based bank plans to extensively expand sales to the smail and middle entrepreneurs among their foreign network banks. Design the products strategy, plan and pilot direct sales channel campaign, confirm the business case.
● Workshop for CRM team. Southern European bank has established a new CRM team. Arrange a workshop, train the team, epxlain the basic processes and rules to be followed.
Expect to work 80 % of your time abroad - mostly in CEE and Russia. Most of the projects are 1-3 months long. The more you will sell and the more you will be billable, the higher your remuneration package.
