Job description, responsibilities and duties

Essenetial is to have fluent English language and GERMAN

Main job responsibilities:

• Daily overseeing and analyzing of payments and credit notes
• Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status
• Issue dunning letters to overdue accounts
• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment
• Deal with various customer claims and tickets
• Ad-hoc communication with intern departments, especially with Order desk
• Issue credit hold notifications
• Contact with cashpool bank and local banks
• Reporting and justification of queries and tickets

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary without school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and German - Upper intermediate (B2) and Dutch - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Payroll accounting - Expert
Invoicing - Expert

Personality requirements and skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a similiar position (depending on the level of position)
• Min. High school graduation exam / Finance basic knowledge
• Fluent in English plus GER or DUTCH
• Good level of MS Office, SAP is advantage
• Analytical thinking
• Excellent proactive behavior to minimize pecuniary losses
• Relocation of native speakers to Prague is supported!
