Job description, responsibilities and duties
Sales Engineer až 60tis.
This position will provide tactical direction to aggressively drive motors and parts revenue, market share, and margin growth. Specifically, create target customer funnels, value propositions, points-of-difference, and sustainable bundle offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
•Implement our standard selling process by contacting all new equipment customers and ensuring that they are purchasing Kollmorgen supplies for their applications.
•Implement our standard selling process by contacting all current customers on a quarterly basis to ensure existing supplies customer stay loyal to Kollmorgen and off-brand supplies customers convert back to Kollmorgen
•Maintain our database of customers by keeping the decision maker contact details current upon each customer contact and keep number of active motors current at each customer location
Qualifications

•Education- Technical, degree preferred
•Work Experience- Prior telemarketing/inside sales experience, using customer database and selling tools, communicating value propositions
•Results Orientated and customer focused individual
•Fluent English + one of other EU languages (Czech, German, Polish, Hungarian)
