Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main responsibilities:

· Full support of HR team and the office
· Administration of correspondence and emails
· Act as first point of contact to all visitors, guests and employees
· Answering phone calls, telephone-exchange operating
· Handling the calendar of meetings
· Scanning, copying invoices and documents
· Managing travels, taxi and hotel bookings

Professional requirements:

· Bachelor degree
· 1-3 years experience in Reception/General Affairs/Facility Management or similar position
· Fluent English knowledge spoken and written
· Czech Language needed!!
· Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
