Main responsibilities:
· Full support of HR team and the office
· Administration of correspondence and emails
· Act as first point of contact to all visitors, guests and employees
· Answering phone calls, telephone-exchange operating
· Handling the calendar of meetings
· Scanning, copying invoices and documents
· Managing travels, taxi and hotel bookings
