For our respected client, an international automotive manufacturer, we are currently seeking a Drive Mentor to supply the Logistic Trasport Department.

Your profile:

- High school (advantage)
- Professional driving experience C+E (truck set) min. of 8 years
- Intermediate knowledge of English
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Flexibility, Responsibility, Accuracy, Organisation skills, Nature authority, Team thinking
- PLUS: If you are an experienced lecturer in a driving school, truck or lorry driver, inspector driver etc.

Your tasks would be:

- Route/Operation problem solving
- Driver training
- Driver card management, driver evaluation
- Driver audit processing (SOP accurancy), suppliers, TME sides, public routes
- Audit evaluation
- Driver mentoring, Hazard map, Rol call…
- Transport Equipment operation support (trailer defect)
