We are currently seeking for a suitable candidate for the position of Facility and Logistics Support for our client, significant EU institution operating in the Czech Republic.
Job description:
• Providing assistance with facility related tasks including stationery purchases
• Providing administrative support in the area of facility management and logistics, inventory administration tasks and daily administration
• Responsibility for logistic tasks as internal and external moves coordination
• Managing postal and express post services
• Ensure, via the common ICT & Logistics helpdesk, in collaboration with ICT Operations Manager, direct assistance to the end users – troubleshooting, advice, request fulfilment
• Ensure on-call availability of assistance in case of incidents in the building within business hours
• Ensure smooth integration of newcomers into the operating environment
