Join our client, global company operating in the field of Aerospace & Defense, who is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Credit Analyst.

What is the job about?
– Responsible for all collections activities on one or more portfolios of customers
– Activities include establishing and maintaining contact with customers (may include travel) concerning open invoices, payment trends and history analysis, timely escalation and/or resolution of disputes and timely escalation of collection issues to the business
– Actively participate in Cash Calls
– Evaluating credit risk, making recommendations on and/or setting temporary credit limits on new accounts and following an established procedure on collections
– Conducting business in a manner that promotes both internal and external customer satisfaction

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

– Minimum two or more years related job experiences
– Excellent knowledge of cash collection processes
– Financial analysis skills
– Ability to handle multiple tasks, problem solving
– Goal oriented, motivated
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with internal and external customers
– Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office Excel (excellent), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access
– Expeience in SAP is an advantage
– English at least B2 level
