Our IT Division (Group Information Systems) is looking for an experienced IBM Tivoli Monitoring Administrator (male/female), based in Mlada Boleslav - Bezdecin (Czech Republic).
The IBM Tivoli monitoring administrator is a specialist responsible for providing support to incidents, changes requests and for resolving tickets on the regional and local Tivoli monitoring operations.
The main missions and challenges are to:
• Ensure the Tivoli monitoring support services to local IT Technicians/Managers and projects at regional level
(agent installation, upgrades, customizing, roll-outs, delivery and support…).
• Define, approve, implement test and monitor the system configuration changes
• Ensure that the monitoring (business process, functional, technical) is in place and properly running according to
the Best monitoring practices
• Ensure good support and take all the necessary actions to improve the service satisfaction to final users (local IT, projects, CC, …)
• Ensure a proper monitoring 24/7 execution. Provide 24/7 afterhours on-call support as required
• Train and transfer competences within the monitoring team, update skill matrix, organize back-up resources, list training requests.
• Ensure and coordinate the training of Local IT Technicians/Managers and Level 2 Support team
• Responsible for creating quality monitoring dashboards, putting in place adequate visual management,
ensuring the quality and accuracy of the reporting within his/her domain
• Organize subcontracting services
• Propose improvements, organize ideas collection for the continuous improvement of processes and domain tasks organization.
Experiences:
• High School / Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
• 3 years experience minimum in administration of IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM),
• Other experiences in Tivoli Omnibus (Netcool), Tivoli SUA and SCCD greatly appreciated
• 3 years experience minimum in using Windows servers
• Fluent English
• Autonomy
