Join our client, global company operating in the field of Aerospace & Defense, who is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant/Payroll Support
Successful candidate performs a variety of administrative functions:
– Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, takes dictation
– Comprises memos, transcribes notes, researches
– Creates presentations, generates reports
– Handles multiple projects
– Prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports
– May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget

– Willingness to travel: 2 months supporting Payroll team in Prague, than 2 months in Germany
– Independent user of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
– Very good communication skills and teamwork
– Well-organized, stress resistant, responsible, assertive attitude
– Multitasking, creative, proactive
