Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our significant client, international company, we are seeking a new team member - Assistant forTop Manager.

The Role:

Personal assistant of top manager:

• Organization and maintenance of the manager’s agenda;
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
• Occasionally travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation.

Direct management of office tasks:

• Maintaining office systems, including data management;
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
• Manage the archive of documentation of own competence.

Order management operations concerning to clients/dealers.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Italian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

Your profile:

Min 3 years of experience as Personal Assistant or/and Back Office Specialist
Secondary/university education (Economy/Language and literature/Technical Area)
Professional appearance and manner, confident professional attitude
Positive attitude, team builder, time flexible, excellent communication skills
Czech native
Fluent Italian and very good level of English language
Proficiency in the use of personal computers and Microsoft applications
Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems for pipeline and opportunity management
Ability and willingness to travel occasionally
