Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are opening a new position in Prague! ADP is seeking a talented candidate who is motivated by growth and innovation. The Global Tools and Technology Manager will work with business partners to understand requirements in order to provide robust solutions. He or she will be expected to continuously improve processes and controls that fall within the range of his / her responsibilities. This position will be global in scope & requires a customer service focus.

Role in terms of tasks
- Manage assigned tools and technology portfolio
- SPOC for assigned portfolio for internal partners and clients
- Coordinates all actions related to live cycle of assigned tools (including communication, meetings, workshops)
- Consultancy
- Service delivery design and related process standards
- Handling requests from internal partners and clients
- Analyzing business and functional requirements
- Propose best fit solution based on analyzes, knowledge of the tool etc..
- Provides regular updates, status review to all stakeholders
- Contribute on continues improvement
- Ability to define strategy
- Innovative approach
- Quality control

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Computer skills - user

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced
Microsoft Visio - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- Professional experience in global corporation at least for 5+ years
- Strong analytical skills and process understanding
- Troubleshooting and optimization
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Communication skills - ability to communicate with different levels across the organization
- PM knowledge and experience is a plus
- Technical background
- Team player
