Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Client Service Representative you will act as an initial point of contact for managers or/and employees from ADP’s English speaking clients. You are responsible for providing fast and accurate information or help upon requests coming via phone, email or internal system. Overall service delivery includes responding to inquiries on a specific problems with a payroll or/and related issues and being an administrative support for a payroll team (reporting, preparing analysis, translating documents etc.). You will demonstrate a professional and competent manner. On day to day basis you will be answering phone calls and inquiry requests, gathering relevant information and input the evidence required IT system, ensure and oversee that referral information/issue are appropriately forwarded to a relevant service/person, following up with customers on issues that cannot be resolved immediately, performing other duties as required to meet the customer requirements, prepares analysis, reports, certificates for the client’s employees and cooperate with team members.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
