As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of payrolls for ADP’s clients. As we teach you how to work with SAP HR module, you get to develop your knowledge of payroll and related legislation in the countries where your clients are. This role ensures that all payroll, accounting and auxiliary system requirements are met (e.g., tax filings, banking requirements, wage garnishments, benefits, stock and pension record keeping). You will be responsible for performing on-going as well as quarter-end and year-end audits while managing the system process cycle. Your duties include direct customer service interactions via phone and email exchange.

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

• We require that you are an extremely proactive and professional individual, with experience in Shared Service Centre environment (client services, etc.).
• You will pride yourself on your excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak fluently in German and English language.
