SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of ADP’s IPC service desk team you will act as a liaison between technical and non-technical associates within the company. Via telephone or remote support tools you will help our internal associates through Europe to solve their IT requests.
We are looking for someone with strong customer service and communication skills, both written and oral, technical background and excellent organizational skills to join our international team!
Working hours include shifts between Monday to Friday (7:30 – 18:00 h).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal IT support for users mainly based in Germany, Czech Republic
System used - MS Windows 7/10, MS Office, Cisco VPN, RSA, Airwatch, iOS, Android, Safeguard, Citrix, SAP GUI, and internal tools and portals.
All the support is done via telephone, Bomgar
