Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our GlobalView division in Prague and our German Clients, we are looking for Payroll Specialists (German and English speaking), who will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll using SAP, in a business processes outsourcing model. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Provide coordination and direction to clients on roles and responsibilities in the payroll processing service model
- Manage payroll processing schedule and ensure deadlines are met
- Reconcile payroll results and perform audit checks as per client agreements
- Manage the client to ensure timely signoff on Payroll results
- Test and validate change results and obtain signoff from client
- Co-ordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues
- Provide consultative advice to clients on payroll changes

Personality requirements and skills

- Secondary school or High school diploma
- Good PC skills
- Very good command of German language
- Good command of English language (Knowledge of Czech language is not required)
- Experience in payroll or accounting, knowledge of German or Swiss or Austrian payroll is a +
- SAP user is a +
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze problems through effective customer interaction and communication
- Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met
- Capability in effectively managing and meeting client expectations
- Strong self initiative and highly motivated individual
