Senior software engineer

* Understand client requirements and translate them in application features
* Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications and features
* Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
* Perform unit testing before launch
* Troubleshoot and debug applications
* Provide technical support to end-users to ensure third level assistance
* Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
