Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Building brands strategies and their transformation into concrete action to be taken in order to achieve market share – volumes and profitability;
• Monitoring general trends in apropriate diary market;
• In charge of 2 company key brands, analysing of performance and consumers perception, through panel analysis as well as ad hoc consumer search. Analysing competitive
performance. Propose action plans link to it and its implementation;
• Innovation project management in cooperation with Research & Development department in local production plant and other internal partners. Collaborate with Czech , Hungarian and Polish teams.
• Cooperation with media agencies, handling of communication strategy;
• Development of brand supporting strategy (above the line and below the line advertising, trade operations) and its accomplishment - independently regarding brands;
• Management of particular marketing budget;
• Monitoring of financial results: value analysis, marginal contribution management;
• Taking part in specific projects within CEE region;

• Proven experience in marketing & sales in food or non food FMCG company;
• Experience in international environment would be an asset;
• Creation and implementation of marketing strategy of key brands;
• Management of marketing budget ;
• Project management experience;
• Fluent English (oral and written);
• Excellent PC skills;
• Excellent analytical skills ;
• Both leader and team player;
• Open, creative and dynamic person;
• Pragmatic, with strategic vision;
