Logistics Specialist

Our core products include transportation management, logistics sourcing, supply chain consulting, tax management and customs compliance.

For our regional office in Prague (Zizkov, P3) we are looking for:
LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

The logistics specialist’s principal task is to arrange & coordinate full scope of transportation for our client portfolio in Europe. He/she analyzes specificities of transport requests, decides on optimal mode, way of transportation, service provider in accordance with Client’s corporate policies & rules.
The logistics specialist is responsible for eventless deliveries. He/she is in constant communication with team(s) on-site, forwarders and carriers for coordination, quoting, booking transports and providing instructions.
The logistics specialist has a pro-active approach and is able to supply logistics recommendations.
He/she is also invited to participate in the strategic business reviews.

We are looking for:
- Professionally oriented candidates with a university / high school degree
- Experience in logistics & transportation and knowledge of transport equipment, market and service providers is advantage
- Very good command of English. French is strong advantage.
- PC knowledge
- Team-player with a strong work ethic
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- High motivation to help grow our organization and their client’s account its activities via a strong involvement & pro-active approach
