Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Independent responsibility for given recruitment projects
• Preparation of advertisement campaigns in different media
• Work on variety of roles, especially in multilingual area
• Regular communication with clients and maintenance of good relationships with them based on trust and advice
• Active search for the candidates
• Conduction of personal and phone interviews both in Czech and English language
• Identification of possible new clients and market opportunities
• Cooperation on different ad-hoc projects
