Through the Amazon Marketplace, Amazon provides individuals or enterprises the opportunity to sell their goods on the Amazon platform. Worldwide, more than a million sellers use this Marketplace and thereby contribute to the success of Amazon. Amazon is growing its Marketplace rapidly worldwide. In this context, Amazon Seller Services is looking for a Team Lead to manage a team within Listing Services.
When a Seller wants to sell on an Amazon marketplace, the most crucial stage is the listing of their product information. Our Listing Services team helps Sellers and our Merchant Services teams to get the products uploaded and displayed in the optimal way, so that they are easy to find and have high-quality content (images, descriptions)
Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide clear goals, guidance and vision to the team of Listing Specialists.
- Engaging with Sellers and Merchant Services Team to constantly improve the service and process of listing products.
- Integrating seller content to the Amazon platform using standard item creation templates, working with European Business Teams
- Work with sellers to gather pain points in the listing process and educating them about the tools and processes which could increase the ease and efficiency with which sellers integrate with Amazon.
- Documenting of issues, proactively getting them addressed and process re-engineering
- Relentlessly look to research, identify, evaluate, rationalize and propose business opportunities for the Merchant Services group

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills
- Young professional with Bachelor degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business).
- Excellent communication skills in written and oral German and English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
- Previous experience team lead/coordinator, or supervisory role from a similar environment
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, especially in MS Excel.
- Interest in e-Commerce/Online Business
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience is required.
- Attention to detail, good in prioritization and high capabilities to work on different projects in parallel.
- Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide feedback in one to one and group sessions.
