About the role
The successful candidate will oversee the financial cash-flow aspect of Advertising collection (where we provide advertising services to our customers) in Germany. This includes:
· Collection & reconciliation of customers liabilities
· Business reporting
· Customer relations
· Process improvement & automation

The successful candidate will have a strong desire in innovating processes and exceed expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, primarily driving innovation on behalf of customers / vendors.

The biggest focus area is Accounts Receivables within our Customer relationship with emphasis on financial transactions, such as invoices, credits, debit-notes and cash application.
The successful candidate will report to our local AR manager but will cooperate with a broad management team across the globe.

Project Management:
Solving complex customer/vendor issues and proactively heading off negative service trends. Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures. Development, analysis and improvement of new strategies and procedures. You will have the ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-range goals. Developing and achieving performance goals and objectives in order to achieve vendor promise expectations
