High Volume Hiring Recruiter

DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire a talented and committed Labor Recruiter (m/f) to work closely with the Labor Manager at our Fulfillment Center (FC) in Dobrovíz, close to Prague, and coordinate the process of labor management at the Czech units.

Key responsibilities:

· To be responsible for labor management and vendor management and ensure that the Fulfillment Center is supplied with sufficient quality temporary labor when required
· Work closely with Temp Agencies
· Manage service level agreements with the business and agencies
· Establish and maintain consistent levels of working relationships with the Business in the Fulfillment Center
· Manage the best practice format for temporary labor management including selection processes
· Manage Hiring Support Teams
· Ensure that hourly paid recruitment requirements are met in line with agreed SLAs
· Manage consistent data accuracy
· Deliver business metrics incl. Agency Scorecard


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor or higher degree
· Very good Excel knowledge
· Fluency in Czech
· English written and spoken
· Organizational and negotiation skills with focus on delivering results
· Strong analytical skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Recruiting / hiring project management experience, including a focus on continuous improvement, lean principles and process standardization
· Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
· Sound knowledge of local employment law
· Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
