Assistant to Country Manager

LOCATION:

Prague, Czech Republic

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Assistant to Country Manager (CM) is a high profile position to support and manage organisational tasks and projects for the CM in Czech Republic. The objective is to handle as many areas of the CM’s tasks as possible in order to maximise his time spent with customers, managing his team and implementing company strategy. In addition the role consists in performing some duties of a business analyst supporting the decision making process with effective reporting and analysis on commercial fundamentals.

  • Support Country Manager on all ongoing tasks and projects
  • Coordinate agendas and prepare presentations as well as reports
  • Maintain and coordinate Country Manager's schedule/calendar, arrange travel management and expenses
  • Work autonomously as well as support various projects in fields such as marketing, finance, brand management, and events
  • Development and optimization of HR processes
  • Cooperation regarding HR topics with other departments in EMEA region
  • Communication with employees and managers regarding personnel issues

YOUR PROFILE:

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in Business Administration
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in business management, economics or marketing
  • Experience in project management or finance is of advantage
  • Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English, other European languages an advantage
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility regarding working hours
  • Driving licence
