Health Economics Mgr

Main Purpose of Job:

- Lead all health-economy related projects (responsible for adopting the European market access materials - e.g. value repositories, cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models);
- Develop and implement market access processes and provide technical expertise in Health Technology Appraisal submissions / admininstrative proceedings at SUKL (support HTA dossier production with focus on HE project delivery and its governance);
- Build and maintain relationships with health economic and other relevant opinion leaders as well as reimbursement agencies;
- Lead the value proposition and communication for all brands;
- Provide - in close collaboration with marketing, medical, KAM and sales colleagues - support and guidance to field based activities;
- Work on pricing policy (incl. mandatory cuts);
- Support for External / Internal Communication (website/CSR) incl.biosimilars;
- Cooperate with patient organizations;

Responsibilities:
- Preparing of all local HE project delivery including governance (HTA dossier, HE models, local adaptation of EU models);
- Developing local HE models according to SUKL/HIC's need / methodology and preparing all requested comments to dossier;
- Participating at AIFP HE / HTA section, managing external KOLs/vendors;
- Facilitating HE/HTA training and education internally and taking the leadership in HTA in CZ affiliate;
- Keeping EU and global colleagues informed about and seek support on all ongoing submissions
- Participating in the development of the local value-based strategy to secure broad product access for Amgen's new and existing products;
- Describing all value stories for sales teams/KAMs;
- Developing the pricing policy including all reports of expected mandatory price / reimbursement changes;
- Leading biosimilars Task Force and helping with Amgen-Biotech (PR) campaign / website;
- Preparing and implementing corporate social responsibility projects;
- Working with patients organizations;
