Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities

- Pricing:
• calculation of new/existing prices, price list maintenance in different systems, distribution of pricelists to partners internal and external
• changes to VAT, reimbursement and maximum prices

- Contract management:
• logistics, contract development and archiving, approval of contracts, checking validity of contracts
• credit note management, check of credit note sales vs contract va period vs time, automatic creation of notes in SAP
• managing business cases
• negotiation with wholesalers, supply conditions, contracts, analysis of negotiation position
• contracting local forms/template preparation (BESV, BC), first review
• work with HQ in Switzerland on Pricing Policy and Pricing Guidance
• Accrual maintenance and check in Caesar

- Tenders:
• Monitoring, offers/bids for direct supply (document preparation)
• communication with wholesalers
• guarantee of supplies
• contract structure, termination
• e-auctions

- Supply management
• Daily monitoring of blocked orders, resuming orders
• Preparation of monthly quotas in Quanti
• Cummoncation with Warehouse site (Netherlands)/Customer Service, non-standard requests, invoices, return of products, credit block issues

- Others
• SUKL reports
• IMS data
• Info dharing, communication with Sales teams
• Sales reports
• Diagnostics

Requirements for the employee

Minimum education required
University education (Master's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
Minimum Requirements
- Academic education in Economics/Maths
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in industry
- Fluency in English, both oral and written communications

- MSO expertise, profieciency in Excel

- experience with distribution channels is strongly preffered
